7. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns of unworn, unused products in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team for instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will inspect it and issue a refund minus any applicable restocking fees.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a couple of business days, depending on your service provider with whom the payment was made.

Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at MAZAITT. We strive to provide you with the best shopping experience possible. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged Items

If the item is found to be damaged upon return, no refund will be issued. We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
