Can I return my item if I am not satisfied?

Yes, we have a 30 days return policy. Please visit the return policy page for more information. You can contact us at contact@mazaitt.com to initiate your return.

I did not receive my coupon code

If you do not see the coupon code in your inbox, please check your spamfolder.

Is there a physical store that I can visit to try out the garments before purchase?

Unfortunately, there is no physical store yet that is deciated only to Mazaitt/Mamma Jelena, however there are some stores which do sell our products. Please check the about us page for physical locations.

Can I sell your brands in my own physical store?

Yes, there is a possibility to sell our brands in your own store, please contact us at contact@mazaitt.com if you are interested.

Is it possible to order coats or garments that are no longer available?

It is only possible to order non-exclusive garments that are no longer available, please follow the instructions in order to initiate a custom order.
